Requests to reschedule your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before your charter is scheduled. Please note, cancellations or changes may only be made by phone. Email, Voicemail, Text, or otherwise is not acceptable to change an existing booking.
We see dolphins approximately 99% of the time so we hope you do on your tour. We always see some sort of wildlife whether it’s dolphins, manatees, rays, fish, birds etc. If you don’t see dolphins on your tour we will do our best to accommodate you on another tour free of charge!
Yes, we do have a marine head (bathroom).
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks including beer, wine, and liquor. We always recommend you check out AMOB on the Pier!
We can accommodate most people. Access to the boat is by low angle ramps and short steps. Please inform us ahead of time if you or a member of your party has mobility issues and we will make sure we can accommodate them.
Absolutely! We take pride in making all our tours fun for passengers of all ages. Kids get to wear Captain’s hat and sit at the helm under the supervision of the Captain. It makes for great pictures and the kids love it!
